One skill is Never Enough
This primetime program, a big hit in Japan, takes a panel of guest celebrities and explores their unexpected hidden talents and subjects them to critique by experts in various fields. Viewers will be happily shocked and surprised when they discover just exactly what their favourite celebrities get up to in their free time!
In each episode, 4 to 10 guests start the show by attempting to do that episode’s themed activity. In Japan, themes include writing haiku, flower arrangement, calligraphy, pottery, cooking, etc. Then, an expert in that field judges each guest’s work with either a “Genius”, “Average” or “idiot” ranking. Then, the creator of the work is revealed to the audience’s and expert’s surprise. After the ranking of all guests is revealed, the expert then goes over some key points that were used to judge that episode’s theme.
